The 4 BHK configuration we looked at has a good built-up area of approximately 3000 square feet, which feels quite large for us right now but offeroom to grow. The price starting at 2.87 Crore was at the higher end of our budget, but the ready-to-move-in status was very appealing. We also liked the Vastu compliant design. One small issue is that the traffic near Sector 52 can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable.
