I was looking for a ready to move property and Century CommandeVista fit the bill. The 874 square feet 2 BHK seemed like a good size for the price, which was around 57.74 Lakhs. The location in Yelahanka, North Bangalore, is developing well. I checked the construction quality and it seemed decent for the age of the building, completed in May 2010. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are quite standard. My main concern is the lack of immediate metro connectivity, with the closest station being Peenya Metro Station almost nearby. This makes commuting a bit challenging if you rely on the metro.
