Being ready to move in was a huge advantage. The location on Sohna Road is quite accessible, and it's only close to GD Goenka School, which is fantastic for the kids. We paid close to 6 crore for our apartment. The amenities are great; the kids love the swimming pool and the cricket pitch. My only slight worry is the parking space seems a bit tight, especially with multiple cain the building. However, the 24x7 security and power backup provide good peace of mind.
