The location in Avadi, Chennai West, is decent, and it's close to Sri Venkateshwara Middle School, which is convenient for our children. The price was about 45.87 Lakh for our unit. We like the idea of the internet/Wi-Fi facility and the gymnasium. One minor issue is the dust from nearby construction, but we expect that to settle down. The project is ready to move, which was a priority.
