The super builtup area is around 1260 sq.ft, which is quite large and comfortable. The price was reasonable, around 48 Lakhs, which fit my budget well. Having basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup is important for peace of mind. The project is also Vastu compliant, which many people prefer. The location in Dwarka is developing well. I haven't faced any major issues so far. The security cabin and closed car parking add to the convenience. Nashik road station is not too far either, which is good for travel.
