Since I am based oveeas, I needed a location that offeexcellent access to healthcare and educational institutions for my elderly parents. Ceebros Rashmi in Alwarpet fits the bill perfectly, being close to Kauvery Hospital Chennai and St. John's Sr. Sec. School & Jr. College. The project is ready to move, which means my parents can shift in without any waiting period. The developer, Ceebros Property Development, has a good track record. While I haven't peonally visited the site recently, my parents are happy with the apartment's layout and the general ambiance. The Mandaveli Bus Stop being nearby is also convenient for them to travel around the city.
