We moved into Ceebros Imperiale about six months ago. The main reason we chose this project was its proximity to Sacred Heart Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which is just under 3 kilometeaway. Our 3 BHK flat is quite large, around 1350 square feet, giving the children enough space to play. The swimming pool and children's play area were big draws for us. The developer, Ceebros Property Development, also offered a party hall which is useful for family functions. However, the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots can be a bit annoying sometimes. The price was 73.76 Lakh for our unit.

I bought a 3 BHK flat in Ceebros Imperiale in Sholinganallur a few yeaback. It's a well-designed residency with spacious properties as advertised. The built-up area is around 1300 square feet. I appreciate the provision for solar lighting, which is environmentally friendly. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. The project was completed in 2012 and was ready to move. The location is quite accessible, being close to Chennai International Airport and OMR. The closed car parking is a definite plus. The gym and club house are decent facilities for residents.
