We finally moved into our 3 BHK at Cedar Apartment last week. The super builtup area is quite generous, our unit is 1276 sq.ft which feels spacious enough for the family. Location in Madhavaram is decent, close to the Madhavaram Bus Terminal which is helpful for outstation trips. The solid waste management system is a good initiative by Cedar Foundations. However, the road leading to the project is a bit narrow and can get congested during peak hou, which is a minor concern for daily commute.
