I bought a 1 BHK apartment which is 501 square feet. The price was around 17 Lakhs. Since it was completed in 2013 and is ready to move, I anticipate decent rental income. The area seems to be developing. I did notice the parking space is a bit limited, which might be a concern for long-term residents. However, for an investment at this price point, it seems reasonable.
