The price was about 27.24 Lakh, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. The location in Madambakkam is decent, and it's good that there's a hospital, Bhaarath Medical College And Hospital, nearby. My main concern is that the OC received date is not available, which makes me a little nervous about the legalities. Also, the parking seems a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle.
