The project by Chelliah Chandar BuildePvt Ltd offe2 BHK flats, and we found the 868 sq.ft layout to be spacious enough for our family. The Children's Play Area and Swimming Pool are great amenities for the kids. The price was slightly higher than we initially planned, around 30.38 Lakh for the larger unit, but the location and facilities made it worthwhile. Traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houthough.
