After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Coimbatore, and Castle Esha Grande seemed suitable. I chose a 3 BHK villa, around 1500 square feet, which offeample space. The villa is ready to move in, and the completion year was 2018. I liked the landscaping and tree planting, it gives a serene environment. The 24x7 water supply is essential for us. Being a gated community with 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security. The price for the larger villas goes up to 60.95 Lakhs, which felt a bit high for my liking, but the overall quality seemed decent. The nearby Air Force School Sulur is convenient, though reaching the RVS Dental College takes some travel time.

We checked out Castle Esha Grande in Sulur because we wanted something ready to move. The 780 square feet 2 BHK villa seemed like a good size for us to start with. It’s a gated community, which is important for us. The jogging track and children's play area were nice bonuses, although we don't have kids yet. The price was around 30 Lakhs which felt okay for Coimbatore. The construction completed in 2018, so it's not brand new, but it looked well-maintained. Being ready to move in 2018 was a big draw, and I appreciated that it's a gated community. The price point, starting around 40 Lakhs for that size, was within my reach. The landscaping and tree planting give it a pleasant feel. My main worry is the lack of an OC certificate; I’m not sure how that affects future dealings. Also, finding the exact address in Kangeyampalayam Village required a bit of navigation, but the internal roads are fine once you're inside.
