The price is definitely on the higher side, starting from 1.62 Crore and going up to 3.9 Crore, but the space and features are impressive. I really liked the idea of the private garden for the villas, around 820 square feet with a plunge pool. Plus, the community has over 3.5 acres of open space with lots of greenery. The developer, Casagrand Builder Private Limited, seems to offer a lot of lifestyle amenities. We are considering this for our future family home.

One minor issue is the driveway width, advertised as 30 ft, but it feels a bit narrow in some sections. Still, the overall privacy and aesthetics of the apartment blocks and villas are good.
