This apartment complex was ready to move in May 2016, which suited my immediate relocation needs. Kolathur is a well-connected part of Chennai North. My only slight hesitation was the lack of information about Occupancy Certificate (OC Received status not available), which is usually important. However, the apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect for my professional life.
