This is my very fit home purchase. We chose Capricorn Royale because it was ready to move in and seemed like a good value. The 3 BHK flat we got is 2135 square feet, which feels very large. The children's play area is a big hit with my niece and nephew when they visit. It is close to GD Birla School, which is convenient. The price was within our budget, around 1.20 Crore. The only slight issue is the car parking; it feels a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. However, the builder, Capricorn Group, has been helpful with the paperwork.

The Capricorn Group has a decent track record. My only concern is the proximity to the main road; it can get a bit noisy during peak traffic hou, but the soundproofing in the flats is quite good. I am looking forward to seeing the appreciation.
