The location is also excellent, being close to the Noida Sector 81 Metro Station (4.63 KM), making my commute easier. I chose a 2 BHK apartment of 1075 Sq.ft. The clubhouse and swimming pool are nice amenities to have for relaxation. The only minor issue I've noticed is that the parking area can feel a bit congested sometimes, especially when many residents are returning home.
