The 3 BHK flats are quite large, with our unit being 1824 square feet. It feels spacious enough for our two children. The developer, Candeur Projects, has promised a completion date of December 2027. The area is under construction so there is some dust and noise from ongoing work, but that's expected. We liked the idea of 80% green area promised and the large swimming pool. The price was on the higher side, around 1.64 Crore, but the location advantage for school was key for us.
