The location is great; Little Flower of Jesus High School and Yashraj Clinic are just a minute away, making daily life very easy. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup is a huge plus, especially for someone living alone. The fire sprinkleadd an extra layer of safety. However, the parking area is quite tight. If you have a larger vehicle or if many residents park at the same time, it can be challenging to navigate. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but something potential buyeshould be aware of.
