The carpet area for these units is quite large, ranging from 1013 sq.ft to 1024 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space. The location in Barasat, Naora is also very convenient, being close to Barasat Bus Stop and Narayana Hospital. CA Constructions is the developer. We are targeting a completion by November 2027. The only slight drawback is the road access, which could be a bit smoother, but it’s manageable.
