Being a government employee, I appreciate the ready to move aspect as it saves time. The location in Jagatpura, specifically near the 7 No. Bus Stand and Ghoda Circle, is well-connected. It’s very close to Subodh Public School and Narayana Hospital, which is a huge advantage for us. They have included amenities like a children's play area and adequate car parking. The landscaping and tree planting are also nice touches. The price point of 1.1 Crore onwards felt reasonable for the space and location.
