SBOA School & Junior College is right at nearby, and MAAYA SPECIALITY HOSPITALS is also within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient for our family. We are looking at a 3 BHK unit, which offea built-up area between 1544 Sq.ft and 1651 Sq.ft. The price is around 1.36 Crore, which is a significant investment, but we feel the location justifies it. Built Tech Associates is the builder, and they expect completion by January 2027. The children's play area and landscaping are good additions. My only minor concern is the distance to the Thirumangalam Metro Station, which is almost nearby, making daily commuting slightly challenging without a vehicle.
