I opted for a 4 BHK villa, the super builtup area is 2500 sq.ft. It is ready to move since October 2015. The location off GT Road in Gumtala Sub Urban is accessible. The gated community setup with security guards is a good feature. The price started from 92.5 Lakh. My only minor concern is that the OC received status is not available, which is something to consider. Otherwise, the internal roads look good.
