Relocating to Kolkata for work, I needed a place close to my new hospital. Buddhajit Town Pearl is perfectly situated, with Zenith Super Specialist Hospital just 0 kilometeaway. The 2 BHK configuration is what I needed, and the built-up area of 965 square feet is comfortable. I liked that it's ready to move in and Buddhajit Reality has a good reputation. The price of 27.02 Lakh for a 2 BHK is competitive. The only minor issue is that the Baranagar Metro Station is about 5 kilometeaway, which is a bit of a commute. However, the proximity to the hospital makes up for it. The power backup is reassuring.

It's ready to move in which was a big plus, we don't want to wait too long. The price was around 24.75 Lakh which fit our budget. Having Barrackpore Trunk Road nearby is convenient for getting around. Buddhajit Reality has a few projects around, so they seem established. The sales team explained everything clearly. We are excited to move in soon. The power backup is also a good feature for Kolkata.

It is ready to move in, which means no construction delays. The location is good, close to Zenith Super Specialist Hospital, which is important at my age. The Buddhajit Reality team was cooperative during the site visit. The price point of around 26 Lakhs is reasonable for the amenities provided. The nearby metro station is a bit far, but roads are decent.
