We wanted something nice for my parents back in Gurgaon. BST Green Bhoomi seemed like a good choice because of the amenities like 24x7 water supply and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, ensuring their safety and comfort. The plot area options are reasonable. Although the price point is a bit high, ranging up to 3.47 Crore, the Dwarka Expressway connectivity is excellent. It's close to Signature Hospital which is important. The construction is under way, expected to finish by January 2027.
