The location in Kilpauk is quite good, close to Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School which is about 0.67 kilometeaway. Also Lifeline Hospitals is just 0.6 kilometedistance which is very important for elderly people. The flat size is around 1505 square feet, which is decent. My only concern is the traffic around Kilpauk during peak houIt can get quite congested. The power backup is a plus for them, especially during the monsoon season.
