The location in Kogilu, North Bangalore, is developing well and offegood connectivity. It's convenient being only close to the Peripheral Ring Road. The earthquake-resistant RCC structure was a big selling point for us, offering peace of mind. The developer, BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd, seems organized.
