    We bought a 3 BHK here because it's so close to M P Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School, literally zero minutes away. That was a huge factor for us with two kids. The 1194 sq.ft area is perfect for our family, giving everyone enough peonal space. The children's play area is a nice touch, and they have a jogging track which I use sometimes. The construction by BSA Group looks solid. Our only small concern is the parking; it can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Other than that, it's been a smooth transition.
