We finally decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and Brys Bigg seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK villas offer a spacious 2250 square feet built up area, which is what we need for our growing family. Having a dedicated children's play area and a swimming pool is a big plus for the kids. We also liked the idea of a yoga and meditation area for ouelves. The location in Noida Extension, Techzone - 4 is developing well and is close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, making commutes easier. The Brys Group seems to have a decent reputation.

I purchased a 3 BHK villa in Brys Bigg. The built-up area is 2250 square feet, which is quite decent. The project offeessential amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are non-negotiable for me. The location in Techzone - 4, Greater Noida is developing, and it's good that it's close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. However, the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit botheome at times. The Brys Group has a solid portfolio, and the ready-to-move aspect was very appealing. Overall, it’s a good value proposition.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down, and Brys Bigg seemed fitting. The 3 BHK villas are of 2250 square feet built up area, which is enough for me and my wife. I appreciate the availability of a yoga and meditation area and the well-maintained landscaping. It is also good to know there is 24x7 security and a fire fighting system in place. While the location in Techzone - 4 is developing, the nearby Ryan International School, at nearby, is a good landmark. The quiet ambiance is what I was looking for.

I evaluated Brys Bigg from a financial pepective. The project offeready-to-move villas in configurations of 3 BHK (2250 sq.ft) and 4 BHK (3000 sq.ft). The amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium are standard but well-executed. My primary concern is the connectivity to the main city, as Techzone - 4 is still a bit isolated and traffic can be heavy during peak houon the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. However, the developer, Brys Group, has a track record of timely delivery in other projects, which provides some comfort. The price needs careful consideration.
