Brownstone Emerald offe2 BHK flats ranging from 710 sq.ft to 1055 sq.ft, and we picked a decent sized one for them. The price point of 39.05 Lakh to 58.03 Lakh seems reasonable for the location. It’s ready to move, which is convenient as we didn't want them to wait. The developer, Brownstone Foundations Pvt. Ltd., has finished the project. Rainwater harvesting is a good environmental feature. My only concern is the distance to the St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, which is nearby, might be a bit far for them to travel if needed. But for daily needs and hospital access, it's good.

School and Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital are very close, practically at nearby, which is convenient. The only downside is that the area felt a bit dusty during my site visit, possibly due to ongoing development nearby. Also, the distance to St. Thomas Mount Metro Station is nearby, which might be a slight inconvenience for daily commute to work. But for a fit-time buyer, it seems like a decent deal.

Power backup is a good amenity to have. The only thing is the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak hou, but that’s common in Chennai.
