    I bought a 2 BHK flat in Brownstone Classic Coral. The built-up area is 753 Sq.ft. The location is decent, with OMR nearby. However, the road leading to the project can get quite congested during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily commute. The price was reasonable, around 40 Lakhs. They have power backup, which is essential. I wish they had provided the OC received date, but since it's ready to move, I'm assuming it's sorted. Overall, it's a decent property for the price.
