We chose Brownstone Amber because of its proximity to schools. San Academy is only nearby, and Kauvery Hospital is also nearby at nearby. We purchased a 2 BHK flat, around 750 square feet, for 35 Lakhs. It's ready to move, which made our transition easier. The children's play area is a good facility for our kids. The 24/7 water supply is reliable. The only minor drawback we noticed is the parking area, which is closed car parking but can feel a bit cramped if you have larger vehicles. However, the overall value for money and the convenience for my children's education make this a good choice in Madipakkam.

My main concern initially was the completion status and OC, which wasn't readily available, but given it's ready to move, it’s less of an issue for rental purposes. The area is well-connected.

It's ready to move, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait for construction. The price was in our budget, around 40 Lakhs. We liked the video door security feature and the landscaping. The only slight issue we found is that during peak hou, traffic on the main roads near Madipakkam can get a bit heavy, making travel to our IT jobs slightly longer than expected.
