Bought this 2 BHK villa for my parents who are living in Hosur. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was convenient as I couldn't be there for the entire process. We just purchased our fit home here at BRN Anugraha and are feeling pretty good about it. The 2 BHK villa felt spacious enough for us, around 900 sq.ft which is what we were looking for. The price was within our budget, around 24 Lakhs, which was a big relief for a fit-time buyer. The construction looks decent, and it's ready to move in, which was important. We liked the cycling track and the gym. The only thing is that the roads inside the community are a bit narrow, making parking a little tricky sometimes. But overall, it's a good start for us.

The developer, BRN Land Promote, offegood amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, and importantly, a dedicated children's play area for our little one. The proximity to Advaith International Academy - Hosur School, being nearby, is a massive advantage. However, we found the internal roads a bit congested during our visit, and we are concerned about parking if we get a second car. The landscaping and tree planting give a nice feel to the community though.
