Relocating to Nashik for my new hospital posting, I needed a place close to the city center and amenities. Bright Ocean, developed by Ocean Properties, offered a 2 BHK with 863 sq.ft carpet area. It's a ready to move property, which saved me a lot of hassle. The location in Makhmalabad is developing well. The proximity to the school is a plus, and the bus stop nearby is useful. However, traffic on the main road during peak houcan be a bit challenging. Construction quality seems decent, and the flat layout is practical. Overall, it meets my immediate needs for a comfortable and convenient residence.

We chose Bright Ocean primarily because of its location near Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Madhyamik Ani Uchhmadhyamik Vidyalay, which is literally a minute's walk. This was a huge factor for us with two school-going children. The 2 BHK flat we got has a generous 863 sq.ft carpet area, providing enough space for our family. It's a ready to move project, so we didn't have to wait long after booking. The closed car parking is very convenient. While the area is mostly peaceful, there's occasional noise from the nearby main road, especially during the day. Ocean Properties has generally been responsive to our queries. We are happy with our decision.

We were looking for a ready to move flat in Nashik and found Bright Ocean. The 863 sq.ft carpet area for the 2 BHK is quite spacious for us. It's been a few months since we moved in, and the location in Makhmalabad, near the Police Staff Colony, is surprisingly peaceful. Getting to work in the IT park takes about 30 minutes, which is manageable. The closed car parking is a definite plus, especially in this area. Ocean Properties seems to have delivered a decent product. The only minor issue is that sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low during peak hou, but it's not a deal breaker.

The location in Makhmalabad is quite accessible, and the Tirupati Town Bus Stop being only a 6-minute walk away is a great convenience for my mother. My father mentioned the parking is a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, but they only have one car, so it's fine for them.

I also appreciate the closed car parking facility. The area is generally developing, which is a positive sign for future value. My only concern is that the pricing, although not available to me, felt slightly on the higher side compared to other options in the vicinity when I enquired.
