While the location is developing, the connectivity via NICE Road is a definite plus. I did notice some dust during my visit, likely due to ongoing development in the vicinity, which is a minor concern for long-term living. The rainwater harvesting system is a good environmental feature.

We were looking for a comfortable home in South Bangalore and found Brigade Omega. The 2 BHK apartments, ranging from 1270 to 1390 Sq.ft, offer good value, with prices around 80 Lakhs. The peaceful environment and landscaped gardens are very relaxing after a long day at work. The proximity to Vajarahalli Metro Station, nearby, is convenient for public transport. The club house facilities are also quite good. The only drawback I've observed is that the water pressure can sometimes be an issue on the higher flooduring peak usage times. Brigade Enterprises Ltd seems to have maintained the property well.

It's ready to move which was a big factor because we didn't want to wait anymore. The price was around 78 Lakhs, which fit our initial budget. The location in South Bangalore is quite convenient with Delhi Public School being practically next door. My only small worry is about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but overall we are very happy with our decision.

The location in Subramanyapura, South Bangalore, seemed promising for rental yields due to its proximity to the NICE Road and Bangalore-Mysore Expressway. The super builtup area for my unit is 1750 Sq.ft. While the project is ready to move, I haven't occupied it myself. The rental demand in this area has been steady. The initial price was around 90 Lakhs. My main concern is the lack of readily available OC status, which might impact future resale value slightly. However, Brigade Enterprises Ltd has a good reputation.
