    Bought a plot here in Brigade Oasis Phase 1. The size is around 2400 square feet. Devanahalli is a growing area in North Bangalore. It is ready to move in, which is convenient. Brigade Enterprises Ltd is a known developer. The club house is decent. Proximity to Gnana Deepa Academy Residential School, a short distance, is good for families. The main concern is that the roads within the project can get dusty during dry weather. Also, getting here from the city center can take a while depending on the time of day. But for the price point, it seems like a good investment for the future. The electrical meter room facility is also practical.
