My fit property purchase is a 2 BHK in Brigade Golden Triangle. The built-up area is 1200 Sq.ft and the price was around 1.32 Cr. Brigade Enterprises Ltd has provided good amenities like a clubhouse and a swimming pool. The location in Bangalore East, Sannatammanahalli, is developing well. It's good that the project is ready to move. The cross-ventilation in the flat is decent. However, the parking area seems a bit compact, especially if you have a larger vehicle. The common areas are well-maintained. The 24/7 security is also a plus point for a fit-time homebuyer like me.

Being a single working woman, I value the 24/7 security and the proximity to essential services. The Whitefield (Kadugodi) Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable for my commute. Brigade Enterprises Ltd has included a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which are great for staying active. The apartment has good natural light. The only minor issue is that the piped gas connection installation seems to be taking longer than expected, but otherwise, the amenities are good.

The only issue we are facing is the traffic on Old Madras Road during peak hou, it can be quite congested.
