Sai Samyuktha Buildeoffered this at a price of around 65.25 Lakh, which was a stretch but manageable considering the space. Bricks Vasantam is in Saidabad Colony, South Hyderabad, and we found the location convenient for our jobs. The connection to Inner Ring Road and Dhobighat Road nearby is good. However, the dust from nearby construction work was a bit concerning during our visits. Also, the lack of readily available amenity information was a slight drawback. We are hoping the interior work will be completed well.
