I am purchasing a 2 BHK apartment in Bramhacorp August TowePhase 1 for my parents who live in Pune. The location in Wadgaon Sheri is convenient as it's relatively close to the airport (5 KM) and other facilities. I chose a 621 Sq.ft built-up area unit for comfort. The amenities like the Vastu Compliant design and the Gymnasium are important for them. The price is around 1.27 Crore for the larger units, which is within my budget for this purpose. My parents are happy with the inclusion of a Grocery Shop within the complex for daily needs. Bramhacorp Ltd is the developer, and they have a known presence in Pune. Construction is ongoing, with completion set for December 2028. I am hoping the maintenance charges will be reasonable.

One minor issue is that the project is still under construction, with completion expected in December 2028, so there will be dust and noise for a while. However, the proximity to the Ramwadi Metro Station (1.44 KM) is a big advantage for commuting.

The price range starting from 98.42 Lakh is a bit high for us, but we are hoping for some negotiation. Construction is still underway, expected completion is December 2028. The developer, Bramhacorp Ltd, seems to have a good reputation. We are still considering other options, but this is definitely a strong contender. The gym facility is also a big plus for us.
