We purchased a 3 BHK at Brahmani Brundhavan, located in Kaggadasapura, Bengaluru. The built-up area is 1375 square feet, which is a good size for our family. It's a ready to move project, which was a priority for us. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup are quite functional. The location is convenient, being close to Gopalan National School. However, we found the parking space a little cramped, which might be an issue when guests visit. The price of 75.63 Lakh is on the higher side of our budget, but we found the construction quality to be decent. Brahmani Infrastructure seems to be a reliable developer.

It's great that they have 24x7 water supply and power backup, which is essential here. The location in Kaggadasapura is decent, close to Gopalan National School which is a plus. Our main concern is the traffic congestion during peak houon the roads around Nagappa Reddy Layout; it can get quite bad. Also, the price point of 75.63 Lakh onwards is a bit high, but we liked the flat layout. We are still deciding if this is the final pick.

Singayyanapalya Metro Station is about 3.5 kilometeaway, which is manageable for commuting. My only worry is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in nearby areas; it can be a bit much sometimes. But overall, it’s a solid building and the price of 75.63 Lakh is within my budget for this size and location. I'm leaning towards booking it.
