We just moved into our 2 BHK at BR Siddharth Enclave and it’s pretty decent. The flat size is 1000 square feet, which is enough for us right now. Location wise, being near Harni Road is convenient for my husband’s commute to the IT park. We looked at a few projects by B R Patel Group and this one felt the most practical for our budget, costing around 22.5 Lakh. The children's play area is a nice touch, though it could be a bit bigger. Construction is from 2013 so it’s not brand new, but everything seems solid. Overall, a good starter home for us.

The location in Harni is quiet enough, although Harni Road can get busy.
