I bought a plot around 1530 square feet for approximately 2.30 Crore. The project is ready to move, which was a major advantage given my urgent need. BPTP Limited has included good facilities like a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The surrounding area also has commercial complexes and schools within walking distance, making it very convenient. My only concern is the price point, which is quite high, falling in the 1.71 Crore to 2.78 Crore range. While the location is excellent for my professional, it’s a significant investment. The development itself looks promising with tree plantation and parks.

The project offe24x7 CCTV surveillance and a security cabin, which gives me peace of mind. It's also very close to Manav Rachna International School and Fortis Escorts Hospital, both within nearby distance, which is incredibly handy. The price for my plot was about 2.45 Crore. The developer, BPTP Limited, seems to have focused on providing good civic amenities. However, the traffic getting to the main Faridabad Bypass Road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. Despite that, the landscaping and parks within the township are beautiful.

I was impressed with the landscaping and the well-designed pathways within the township. There's also a dedicated children's play area. One minor issue I've noticed is the parking situation can be a bit tight in certain sections, especially if you have multiple vehicles. However, the inclusion of solid waste management and 24x7 water supply is a definite plus.
