The 3 BHK villas, built up to 1345 square feet, are a good size for me. I appreciate the ready-to-move aspect as I don't want the hassle of construction delays. The inclusion of a terrace garden and rain water harvesting shows good planning. My only concern is that Siruseri traffic can get quite heavy during peak hou, but the convenience of the hospital and school proximity is a major benefit.
