The EV charging point is a great feature for us as we are planning to buy an electric car soon. It’s a gated community, and the solid waste management system is efficient. The price range of 1.01 Crore to 1.4 Crore is what we expected for this locality. The only slight downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road when heading towards Navalur, which is nearby. Otherwise, it's a good place.
