The villas are ready to move, so they can shift immediately. The price range of 44.64 Lakh to 47.85 Lakh is reasonable for a 2 BHK villa of 1049 Sq.ft to 1129 Sq.ft built-up area. They will be close to Narayana E-Techno School, nearby. The landscaping and tree planting add to the pleasant environment. The power backup is also a good feature. My parents mentioned the approach road isn't the best, but it's manageable.
