We chose Bonitas Vijaya primarily because of the proximity to Podar International School, it's literally a minute away. This makes dropping and picking up the kids so much easier. We got a 3 BHK which is about 1400 square feet, giving everyone enough space. The price range of 35 to 52.5 Lakhs was competitive for the area. The project was completed in July 2018, so it's ready to move in. The only slight issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak school houon the road leading to the school. But for the convenience, we are willing to manage that. The rooms are a good size.

I bought a 3 BHK flat, approximately 1450 square feet, which offeample space for them. The price point between 35 to 52.5 Lakhs seemed reasonable for the amenities and location. Having the project completed in July 2018 and being ready to move in meant I could arrange their move without much delay. My parents mentioned that the construction quality appeasolid. I would have liked more information on the available amenities though. The project seems to be a good choice for their comfort.

Finally bought my fit flat at Bonitas Vijaya. It's a 2 BHK around 1100 square feet, which feels quite spacious for me. The price was within my budget at around 38 Lakhs. Location in Hinkal, Vijayanagar is okay, not too far from the main roads. Construction looks decent. I looked at a few projects but this one seemed like a good starting point. They said it was ready to move in, which was a big plus for me as I didn't want to wait. The area seems to be developing. I hope the maintenance charges are not too high later on. Overall, it feels like a good fit step.
