The proximity to Vagdevi Vilas School Marathahalli, a short distance, is a huge advantage for us. We also liked that Manipal Hospital Varthur Road is not too far. BM Developehas a decent reputation. The flat is ready to move in, which saves us a lot of hassle. The main concern for us is the price, though we haven't seen the exact figures, we expect it to be a stretch for our budget. Parking might also be a bit tight if we have guests. Still, the location and size are compelling.
