    As a government employee, I look for stability and good value. BM Happy Valley by BM Developeis a ready-to-move project completed in 2012. I purchased a 2 BHK flat here, around 1180 Sq.ft. The location in Nallurhalli, Whitefield is accessible via Whitefield Main Road. It has essential amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and Power Backup, which are crucial. The price for my flat was around 75 Lakhs. While the project is older, the maintenance seems decent. The only minor issue is that OC received status was not clearly available, which is a bit concerning.
