Moving from our rental place, we needed more space. Bluemoon Nivas offe3 BHK builder floowhich are 1550 square feet. That's exactly what we were looking for. The price is 2.33 Crore onwards, which is a bit high for us, but we think the location in Ashok Nagar is worth it. It’s very close to Kendriya Vidyalaya and MGM Healthcare, making it ideal for our family. Bluemoon Properties seems to have a good reputation. We’re hoping the construction quality is as good as they say.

It's a 3 BHK builder floor, 1550 square feet, so there's ample space. The price is 2.33 Crore, which is quite an investment for me, but the location in Ashok Nagar is excellent, close to the metro station and close to MGM Healthcare. The only slight worry is that Ashok Nagar can get quite busy, and finding parking on the street nearby can be a challenge sometimes. Still, the amenities like the EV charging point are modern.
