This is my fit time buying an apartment, and I looked at Bluemoon Heights in Borabanda. Gowtham Sai Infrastructures is the builder. I liked the 2 BHK option which has a super builtup area starting from 1180 square feet. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by April 2027. It's good to know they are providing 24/7 water supply and also have a sewage treatment plant. The location seems okay, not too far from HITEC City, which is where my office is. However, the construction dust around the site is quite noticeable right now, which is a bit unpleasant. I hope the surrounding area will be cleaned up once the project is finished. I am trying to undetand the payment plans better.

The location in Borabanda is quite convenient, especially with the HITEC City Metro Station only nearby. This will make our commute much easier once the project is completed in April 2027. The developer seems to be focusing on essential amenities like 24/7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant, which are critical. We are considering this for our fit home purchase. The only slight worry is the traffic during peak houon the roads leading to HITEC City, but that's common in Hyderabad. Overall, it seems like a promising option.

The location in North Hyderabad is developing, and it's good that HITEC City is only nearby. Parking might become an issue later on, but for now, it seems manageable.
