Relocating for work, I needed a convenient and ready-to-occupy apartment. Bluemoon Grandeur Phase 2 in Alandur seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK flats are quite large, around 1000 sq.ft, which is more than enough for my needs. The location is convenient, with the GH hospital nearby, which is essential for my professional. I also appreciate the efforts towards water conservation and rain water harvesting mentioned in the amenities. The Thompulipalayam bus stop being less than a kilometer away is useful for commuting. The electrical meter room setup is also organized. My main reservation is the lack of immediate access to shops.

The location in Alandur is becoming more accessible, and it’s great that the Thompulipalayam bus stop is so close, making commutes easier for us. We chose Bluemoon Grandeur Phase 2 because it’s close to Karunya Christian School, only nearby, which is a huge relief for us. The 1013 sq.ft flat size gives us enough room for the kids to play inside. It's also ready to move in, so we didn’t have to wait. The recreation facilities are a nice touch, and the kids enjoy the small play areas. My only slight concern is the dust from nearby construction, but that should settle down eventually. The proximity to GH hospital, nearby, is also very reassuring for any family. The landscaping looks quite pleasant.

I needed a place that was ready to move in for my business expansion in Coimbatore, and Bluemoon Grandeur Phase 2 fit the bill. The 995 sq.ft 3 BHK configuration is spacious enough for a small family or guests when they visit. The location in Alandur is decent, though traffic can be a bit much during peak houon the main road. I liked that they have solid waste management and storm water drains, which shows some thought went into the infrastructure. Parking is available, both closed and open, which is convenient. The community buildings could use a little more maintenance, but overall it's a functional space for what I needed.
